I decided to reread the whole series. The second installment of this trilogy, which I first read back in 1992, is the best one in my opinion. It wraps up some plot points from the first book, and opens up a few more for the final book. As a Star Wars fan, i wish this was made into movies instead of episode I, II and III. I still give it a 5 our 5 stars. I will be reading the Last Command soon.
